Your New Role

We are currently representing a highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors in the Norwich area. They are an established and independent practice with an experienced and dedicated team that work across Residential, Commercial, Rural, Industrial and Leisure.

Due to expansion and further workload they now have permanent full-time position available for experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their Residential team.

The role will suit a candidate with previous industry experience who is comfortable working in a productive sales office. Duties will include; dealing with enquires (both vendor and purchaser) in person and on the phone, registering applicants accurately, monitoring sales from initial agreement through to completion, arranging viewing's and appointments for valuations, preparing property documents for marketing, proactively canvassing for new business, sales progressing, and dealing with solicitors and mortgage companies.

To be considered for this position it is important that candidates who apply are motivated, confident, and computer literate. You should ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in residential sales, a proven record of achievements within estate agency, experience in generating and completing valuations and market appraisals, NAEA, NFOPP or ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential, and want to develop a career with a respected company.

In return they are offering a long-term career opportunity with good prospects and a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, plus commission, car allowance and city parking.
