Your New Role

We are currently representing a market leading estate agent with an office based in Haverhill, looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their energetic and modern team. Our client is a respected company who provide a comprehensive estate agency service across a mixed portfolio, focusing predominately on properties within the town centre and surrounding villages.

You will be tasked with a broad range of duties including; taking enquiries over the phone, face to face, by email and Rightmove, book and conduct viewings, negotiating and liaise between vendors and buyers, assist with sales progression, and all associated paperwork. This is a key position for the business, therefore, it is important that only candidates who are serious about developing a long-term career should apply.

Candidates wishing to apply for the position should ideally have over 1 years’ previous industry experience, with knowledge of the Haverhill area. In addition, candidates need to be able to demonstrate; excellent customer service skills and a good track record working within a customer service and sales environment, have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to work well within a team whilst keeping an upbeat personality within a stressful and busy environment. It is essential that you have a full driving licence and your own vehicle.

In return, the client is offering a basic salary of £16,000 - £17,000 per annum with an OTE of £20,000. You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm and every other Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm, with a day off in lieu the following week.
