Your New Role
Fantastic opportunity available for a RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant or a Newly Qualified Architect to join a fast-growing multi-disciplinary practice in Cambridgeshire.
Let's face the facts; you didn't choose Architecture as a professional career path to work for a company that limits your conceptual freedom - so why not work for a practice that will provide you with complete design autonomy with your own client list?
This award-winning practice is seeking an innovative individual who can bring fresh ideas and concepts to the drawing board, for new and existing high-end residential clients. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, dealing directly with the client and external consultants, creating your own design concepts for lucrative projects throughout East Anglia.
Additional sector exposure including education & large-scale housing will also be up for grabs, as well as opportunities for career progression; support of Part III accreditation available for a Part II Architectural Assistant and ample opportunities for career progression to project/ senior architect status available for a Part III qualified architect.
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a UK-based architectural practice, working on UK-based residential projects
- Full AutoCAD software proficiency
- Strong conceptual design ability
- Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as alongside a team of professionals
- RIBA Part II or RIBA Part III accreditation
