In the commercial team, there is a need for a Quantity Surveyor with the drive and ambition to be part of these exciting plans.
For this role, qualifications take second place to experience and ability. Naturally, you’ll have academic training in Quantity Surveying. But to really succeed in this position, you’ll need around 2 years+ construction (contracting or PQS) Quantity Surveying experience dealing with take-offs, sub-contract enquiries, analysing quotes, cost value reconciliations, and procurement….and, of course, you’ll be an expert collaborative negotiator.
