We are currently representing a well respected independent Agency in Newmarket, looking to recruit a Property Manager to join a small but successful team. Our client is a respected company who provide a comprehensive lettings and management service across a mixed portfolio, focusing predominately on properties within the town centre and surrounding villages.
Due to further growth within their portfolio, they have an immediate need for a Property Manager to join their team and assist with a growing customer base. The role will include the management of a large portfolio including; liaising with landlords and tenants on a daily basis, agreeing rental figures and contracts, arranging maintenance and report on the property standards, visiting properties, arranging property inspections as well as other administrative duties associated with the role.
Candidates wishing to apply for the position should have previous industry experience, either in a Property Management or letting's capacity, ideally with knowledge of the local market. ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential - as they are prepared to look at training and qualification support for the right candidate. In addition, candidates need to be able to demonstrate; excellent customer service skills and a good track record working within a customer service environment. In return they are looking at a basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per annum.
