Applications are particularly welcome from candidates with some experience in Property Management. However, we would also like to hear from you if you’ve got a proven solution-orientated approach to problem-solving.
You’ll be primarily focussed on dealing with a range of queries from tenants and landlords via email and telephone with issues relating to housing maintenance. You will also responsible for arranging contractor visits and dealing with quotations. There will be some Saturday work, however, days off are provided in lieu.
