An excellent and diverse opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a family-run business in Cambridge. They hold an impressive portfolio of professional lets, student accommodation and commercial property all over the country with extensive assets. A respected company who provide an extra-mile lettings and management service across a broad portfolio.
Due to further growth within their portfolio, they have an immediate need for a Property Manager to join their team and assist with a growing customer base. The role will include the management of a student block and student houses;
· Main point of contact for landlords and tenants
· Arranging maintenance and report on the property standards
· Agreeing rental figures and contracts
· Daily inspections of communal areas and periodic inspections of flats
· Carry out end of tenancy inspections
· Update inventories
Candidates wishing to apply for the position must have previous industry experience, either in a Property Management or letting's capacity - ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential. In addition, candidates need to be able to demonstrate; excellent customer service skills and a good track record working within a customer service environment.
In return they are looking at a basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 plus performance related bonus.
