We are currently representing a well-respected independent property consultancy and auctioneers in Cambridge, looking to recruit a locally based Administrator to join a small but successful team in their Rural Department offering a challenging and diverse role.
This position is a key role within the department and entails providing support to Valuers and fee earners. You will be responsible for taking payments, preparing contracts, preparing valuation reports, answering telephone and email enquiries, and other administrative roles.
You will have a proven track record in an administrative role, customer service and preferably experience within a property environment. You should have strong organisational skills, and excellent written and verbal skills.
This is a great opportunity to progress your career and join a reputable company offering a salary of £15,000 - £20,000 depending on experience. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, with additional hours to be worked on auction days.
