The Project Manager role is for the multi-skilled. You’ll be leading from the front, managing risks, costs, and teams on major new build public sector housing schemes. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure all projects within your responsibility are delivered effectively and profitably on time and within budget exceeding client expectations.
Experience trumps qualifications for this role. MRICS accreditation is desirable but secondary to solid experience as an Employers Agent on similar projects.
