Every project demands that CDM 2015 and Health & Safety compliance is central to the Design and Construction processes. As such, you’ll be a highly valued member of the team.
Your responsibilities will be equally interesting and varied.
You’ll be meeting clients, liaising with design teams and Architects, and managing the role of Principal Designer under the CDM 2015 regulations. This will encompass reviewing Construction Phase Plans, collating Pre-construction Information, processing F10’s, creating site Health & Safety files, and conducting site audits.
Applications are particularly welcome from candidates with iMaPS accreditation and a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent Health & Safety qualification).
You won’t be stuck in the office all week either...
About 50% of your time will be spent out of the office visiting sites and attending meetings. The rest of your time will involve processing the documentation and fulfilling the necessary obligations under CDM 2015.
