An excellent opportunity has arisen for a locally based part time Property Manager to join a lettings agency in Cambridge who are offering a rare opportunity for flexibility and home working. Our client is an independent lettings and management company who aim to provide high quality customer service, due to expansion and further workload they now have a need for a Property Manager to join their team assisting with the management of their property portfolio.
The role will include the full management of a portfolio, working with established and new property owners, recommending rental valuations, letting properties, attending viewings, processing applications and negotiating rent increases.
Candidates wishing to apply for the position should have 2+ years previous industry experience in a property management role and will ideally be ARLA / NFoPP qualified. In addition, candidates need to be motivated and confident, capable of managing own workload and delivering high levels of customer service and communication.
This is a successful branch that requires a lettings professional with knowledge and experience within a similar role. In return they are looking at a basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata depending on experience, a contributory pension scheme and use of company cars for appointments. Days and hours can be negotiable, and some home working will be considered.
