Your New Role
Our client, a surveying services specialist, is currently looking at recruiting for an office administrator to work in their South Essex office to support their small team in the day to day running of the business.
This position is a key role within the company, providing a first point of contact from clients taking briefs along with ensuring reports are completed. While also providing day to day administrative support such as answering the phones, preparing documentation, and providing scheduling guidance.
You will have a proven track record in an administrative role and a confident level of IT understanding with an eye for detail. You should have strong organisational skills along with the ability to work well to deadlines while excellent written and verbal skills are crucial. Ideally you will also have a full UK driving licence and access to transportation.
This is a great opportunity to join an ever expanding team with a great reputation offering a salary of £16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience. This is a full time permanent role.
