Job Description

Cambridge’s property market is thriving and the next stage for business expansion involves appointing a senior and qualified Building Surveyor.

Your new role will focus on servicing existing accounts with an eye on future development. You’ll be encouraged to manage and expand your own portfolio of clients - with the reassurance and support from two of Cambridge’s most experienced surveyors.

Essential skills

This opportunity is for the ‘traditional’ Building Surveyor with a passion for Cambridge.

  • You’ll enjoy; client involvement, producing comprehensive building surveys and working as a key member of a small experienced team.
  • You’ll be fully MRICS chartered with at least 2 years post qualification.
  • You’ll have a solid base of experience within the residential surveying sector – ideally within Cambridgeshire.
  • You’ll be ambitious and driven to further your career and become a future partner in the business.
