We are currently representing a highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors with offices in Norwich and surrounding areas. They are an established and independent practice with an experienced and dedicated team that work across Residential, Commercial, Rural, Industrial and Leisure.
Due to expansion and further workload they now have a permanent full or part time position available for a Marketing Manager based in their Norwich office to develop marketing and advertising in order to raise awareness of the company brand and establish a recognizable trading name throughout East Anglia.
You will develop successful campaigns across all departments including; residential sales and lettings, valuation & surveying, and block and estate management with the main purpose of winning more business. You will also be involved with coordinating marketing activities both internally and externally, managing newspaper and magazine advertising, brochures, promotional materials, media and PR. The role will involve developing CRM practices using business technology to generate current and future clients.
Other tasks will include supporting sales through a network of seven offices, working closely with the business to achieve value within the budget, supporting the design and production of marketing materials, providing support and advice for marketing events and promotions, evaluating sponsorships and networking opportunities, writing articles and working with the local press, liaising with external suppliers, preparing written online marketing opportunities including social media and delivering marketing campaigns, developing the website and working with business systems such as Jupix.
To be considered for this position you must have a formal marketing education or have relevant experience, be personable and presentable with excellent oral and written skills, effective project management skills and a sound understanding of marketing principles. You should have strong copywriting skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office and other technology. It will be advantageous to have experience within the property industry, however this is not essential.
