Job Description

You will be working both autonomously and as part of a team.  Having a high aptitude for anticipating reactions you will be able to manage customer expectation, effectively and efficiently.  You will be part of a national team, managing high valued assets across the UK, sourcing new opportunities, dealing with the rent review and lease management are just a few of your responsibilities.  You will be responsible for ensuring the successful acquisition and disposal of collective assets while maintaining customer service is at the highest standard. 


Essential skills

It is essential that you have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Commercial Property Manager/ Surveyor capacity. You will hold a relevant qualification such as real estate degree or diploma complimenting your work experience. With an abundance of interpersonal skills, you will naturally be able to demonstrate your relationship building and communication skills.

You will be a flexible team player, ensure the needs of the business & customer are met. Using your influence skills you will easily be able to gain support from senior members and stakeholders, offering sound advice to achieve the optimum outcome. 

Desirable skills

Being MRICS with an extensive knowledge of commercial and retail units is favorable and will put you ahead of the competition.
