Graduate/Trainee Land Surveyor

We have a great opportunity, the likes of which don’t come around every day, for the successful candidate to start a rewarding career as a Land/Topographical Surveyor.

Your New Role

The company is a small but growing team of very experienced Surveyors. Coming from a mixed background of leading UK Land and Measured Surveying companies, this team of professionals are expanding and require someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn to join them.

You will be mentored by the best and given access to the latest equipment, with further CPD as you progress your career from a Trainee/Graduate Surveyor into an experienced professional, eventually leading your own teams if you wish.

Using equipment such as variants of Leica TotalStation and 3D Laser Scanners, as well as software AutoCAD to draw up your measurements, your time will be split between being out on site carrying out the measurements, and back at the office to draw up the works and complete the reports for handover. Full support and training will be given.

You will already have an appropriate degree in a relevant subject such as Geomatics or Geography, or a college course such as a National Diploma in Construction or similar, but must be able to demonstrate at least a theoretical understanding of measured surveying and AutoCAD.

In return for becoming a member of this great team of professionals; in addition to the support and future career progression prospects, you will also be given a basic of around £19,000 - £24,000, as well as other benefits and a clear path towards future progression.

Because of the companies location they are unable to consider people relocating at this time, so candidates must be a commutable distance to Norwich.
