If you’re already operating as a Valuations Surveyor, ideally for residential properties, and you would like some additional work on a split fee basis then this might be ideal for you.
My client has been operating for twelve years now, and in that time, they’ve built up their client base and reputation, and expanded their company to a small team of professionals.
Due to a large amount of instructions coming through, they are in need of further assistance to complete the work. Instead of taking someone on permanently, they would ideally prefer someone on a freelance basis, willing to work on a split fee basis.
You will be given work on a regular basis, and will often see two to three days worth of work per week, all with a nice fee percentage which is in your favour. Percentage is negotiable. There may also be the opportunity to take on equity shares in the company.
