You will be responsible for portfolios expanding across multiple sites. By building effective working relationships with clients to ensure they are happy with services, in addition to advising the clients on any changes needed.
You will continuously demonstrate the highest of service and care by responding to emergency/ urgent issues as and when they arise dealing with them quickly and effectively. Ensuring the buildings meet the highest health and safety. Contributing to the costs saved through negotiating new deals with current and new contracts.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to both key planning and day-to-day operations directly related to your portfolio. Being the single point of contact for all FM issues, while handling the full process of services charges, lease renewals and rent reviews.
In addition you will be supporting the Property Manager working together cohesively to ensure the very best standards are upheld.
You will have an abundance if experience with a Facilities manager position, wit a clear and concise understanding of leases, licences and other legal documents.
Naturally, you will be able to work as part of a team and independently under direction from senior members of staff. Interpersonal skills are essential it this position as you will be coming into contact with a number of diverse audiences. Proactive, while working well under pressure, meeting deadlines and key targets.
