Are you interested in working with an independent environmental specialist with a real mix of projects? Do you have a strong background in management systems, compliance and auditing but feel your potential is being wasted? Or maybe you're looking for a better work / life balance away from the London commute?
We are representing an independent engineering consultant and environmental specialist that works with an interesting mix of clients and projects across East Anglia, ensuring that every day has a different challenge. With an ever-increasing workload, they require an Environmental Consultant with experienced consultant capable of maintaining and improving service levels to their client base. You will provide management systems, compliance and auditing support on waste management, flood risk assessment schemes, recycling, geotechnical and environmental projects.
Working with an independent environmental specialist with a real mix of projects inevitably provides additional responsibilities and project involvement, making this the perfect role for those who feel their true potential has yet to be tapped. As such the employer is open minded on the exact background of individuals and is interested in considering applicants from an environmental agency or government body, civil engineering consultant or specialist geotechnical or environmental business.
Your key job focus will be management system implementation, compliance and legal auditing. You will recommend practical solutions and improvements, liaise with clients, provide project solutions and develop to preferred supplier status. You will also ensure quality of service, maintaining and improving processes and systems.
