Now at the exciting process of their business, you will be their new experienced Development Surveyor, who will take the lead with new investment opportunities. 

Job Description

You will be seen as a senior team member, leading and making decisions that will benefit both the investors and the companies profile. Using your extensive network and knowledge of the market you will not hesitate in following leads and creating new development opportunities. 

Your role will encompass everything from acquisition, construction to taking the finished project to market. You will be hands on and active in your role, regularly searching and analysing data that will support the next investment opportunities. Working nationally you will be expected to understand various planning regulations and requirement that may be specific to the local area. Part of your role will see you working closely with all department to ensure development projects are manged effectively and on time. 

Essential skills

With an abundance of experience in the property industry, you will be well-connected and either MRICS or MRTPI membership. Flexible and responsive you will have a proven experience of developing portfolios from strength to strength. A sound knowledge and anticipation of the current market is key to ensure a successful investment. 

You will have a natural affinity with people, able to build and maintain relationships with an array of stakeholder. You will be able to demonstrate your interpersonal, negotiating and selling skills with successfully winning new work. You will be a strong communicator able to converse with a varied audience and stakeholders.
