Infrastructure Engineer with residential development experience, CAD, management and strong coordination skills for a well respected housing design team.

Your New Role

This residential developer are looking to appoint an Infrastructure Engineer / Coordinator to join their Suffolk based team. After experiencing significant growth over the last few years, their technical team is looking to further increase headcount to service growing demand. 

This is a key new appointment with a client that is prepared to be flexible in their requirements to attract the right person; however, infrastructure, CAD and background in housing design or coordination are preferred. 

Key experience: 

As an Infrastructure Engineer or Coordinator you’ll be involved in technical appraisals, adoptions and all technical matters from land appraisal, planning and feasibility to disposal and project completion. You will have a minimum of three years' industry experience dealing with residential development, utilities design or geotechnical design gained with another house developers or consultant. You will be qualified to HNC/HND in civil engineering or similar, be proficient in CAD and have a strong understanding of technical matters related to residential developments.
