Working directly for the end user, you will work on a diverse portfolio which has seen over £100m investment over the last 5 years and similar planned for the next 5.
Working on the delivery of construction projects, you will become part of a highly-experienced Estates and Facilities team. The team will depend on your expertise for producing effective cost management support and value for money solutions for multiple concurrent projects.
Your proven experience within estimating/QS and minor works across a mixed portfolio will be welcomed by the University, together with your sound ability in communicating and time management. You will have a good working knowledge of JCT forms of contract and proven cost management and project administration abilities
Naturally, a degree-level education with a professional membership is preferred, but your skills, experience and potential will be of equal importance.
