Job Description

 

Your core remit will be retail and leisure focused where you will be responsible for upto 45 instructions, a mixture of commercial sites, residential and building plots.

As the primary agent you will deal with all listing including inspection and measurement of premises, including preparing of the  sales/letting details. You will lead all negotiations with interested parties with a view to concluding deals on relevant properties.

You will instruct solicitors, preparing all  relevant documentation, including monitoring the progress of legal work.

Your responsibility will also include undertaking the planning of condition and landlord’s fixtures and fittings as necessary. Producing reports for clients regularly when enquiries received, viewings undertaken, and details of serious applicant interest/progress with negotiations.

You will also be expected to prepare adverts for publications, such as newspapers and property publications. 

 

Essential skills

As the ideal candidate you will be MRIC qualified with 2 to 3 years experience including prior knowledge of an agency surveyors roles and responsibilities, however graduates due to start their APC will also be considered for this position as part of their progression. 

In return

A generous package ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 inclusive of 25+ days of holiday.
