Business Operations Coordinator
A highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors in the Norwich area, with a permanent position for an organised individual to work closely with all of their departments.
We are currently representing a highly regarded and respected firm of chartered surveyors in the Norwich area. They are an established and independent practice with an experienced and dedicated team that work across Residential, Commercial, Rural, Industrial and Leisure. Over the last few years they have seen significant growth in business and in turn are expanding their professional team to meet demands.
Due to expansion and further workload they now have permanent position available for a Business Operations Coordinator to work closely with all departments as the first point of contact for customers.
The role will suit a candidate with previous experience working for a Chartered Surveyors or property company. Duties will include; providing audio typing services, dealing directly with the public by managing the phones and face to face walk-ins, opening all mail, liaising with block and estate management.
To be considered for this position it is important that candidates who apply have great customer service, system and organisational skills. You should ideally have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and accurate audio typing skills.
In return they are offering a long term career opportunity with good prospects and a salary of £18,000 - £19,000 based on experience.
