As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing an extensive portfolio of both new and established developments varying from 150 to over 800 units. You will be the main point of contact for both landlords, tenants and Resident Directors; being the key link both parties.
Your daily activity will involve a variance of answering telephones, organising and coordinating of marketing etc. You will also be expected to keep your colleagues informed in any works in progress. You will be able to work on your own invite managing and handling any queries that need resolves to maintaining customer service standards.
You will attend site inspection, deal with section 20's notice manage service charge budgets in addition to attending and organising AGMS for you tenants.
You must have at least 2 years experience as a Block Manager, managing large portfolios across the county. It is essential that you a full UK drivers Licence. A sound knowledge of Sections 20's, managing service charges and delivering AGMs is desirable however, training will be provided where needed.
It is fundamental that you are a confident communicator both in person and via correspondence as you will be the primary contact for some of the established developments. You will naturally be a team player and pride yourself on supporting your co-workers to achieve business goals and success. You will already come from a property related background preferably from a block management background however, a lettings background would also be accepted.
