Your New Role
This thriving independent specialist consultancy is based in north Essex (under an hour from London). The company trades on an exemplary reputation for service delivery. They work on a wide variety of new build and refurbishment projects in the commercial, residential, and civil engineering sectors. From the design phase through to completion, they provide expert advice to ensure Health & Safety is proactively considered at every stage of the construction process.
Having achieved another year of record turnover and profits, they are ready to appoint an Assistant Health & Safety Consultant.
The role will focus on CDM 2015 compliance and advisory services working closely with the Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, and key project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will span:
- Interrogating designs / Design Risk Management
- Writing and collating PCI’s
- Visiting and auditing construction sites
- Attending Design Team meetings and Site Meetings
You will enjoy the perfect mix of site and office based work supported by a fantastic team of experienced consultants.
To be shortlisted for interview, you will need a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) and some experience in Construction Health & Safety. The company will provide further training and development to help you realize your career goals and become a fully qualified Health & Safety / CDM Consultant.
