We are currently representing a well-respected independent property consultancy and auctioneers in Cambridge, looking to recruit a locally based Administrator to join a small but successful team in their Fine Arts Department offering a challenging and diverse role.
This position is a key role within the department and entails management of the accounts office, front of house duties, administration and filing, management of auction payments and invoices, management of auction database and online bidding systems, liaising with designers, and assisting with development of social media.
You will have a proven track record in an administrative role, customer service and an accounts environment. You should have strong organisational skills, the ability to set procedures, strong numerical skills, experience of payments systems, and excellent written and verbal skills. An interest in the art industry is not essential, but would be beneficial.
This is a great opportunity to progress your career and join a reputable company offering a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with additional hours to be worked on auction days.
