Your New Role

With a reputation for providing exceptional levels of service, we are pleased to be representing one of the most sought-after property company’s in Cambridge. Due to continued success and increasing demand, they are now looking to expand their accounts team with an Accounts Manager / Administrator to assist with the growing workload.

The successful candidate will be tasked with a wide variety of duties including: regular communication with landlords, tenants and contractors, banking, end of day payments, deposit account transfers, receipting all income, daily bank / CFP reconciliation, processing large volumes of payments, raising and processing invoices, assisting staff with accounting queries, registering tenant deposits with the TDS, reconciling all deposits, chasing outstanding invoices, and assisting with any other duties required within the role.

To apply for this role, it is essential that you have at least 3+ years’ accounts experience within a similar role; candidates with experience in residential lettings are highly desirable. You should have the ability prioritise workload, have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

In return our client is willing to offer a basic salary of £23,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.
