Join a highly respected Lettings & Estate Agency in Cambridge within their accounts department
Your New Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a locally based Accounts Administrator to join an established independent Estate Agency in Cambridge.
The role will include full office administration, manage and support all finance and accounting duties within the lettings and sales department portfolios, including; supporting Landlord’s and Tenant’s with financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, providing account support and advice, chasing outstanding invoices, administration of client accounts, inputting and verifying data on the system, dealing with customers regularly, and working alongside all departments within the company.
To be considered for this position it is important that you have previous experience within an accounting or finance position, preferably within the property industry. In addition, you must have high attention to detail, excellent numeracy skills, strong knowledge of Excel, and can self-motivate and work to your own initiative.
In return you will join a successful dynamic, close knit team offering a long-term career opportunity with good prospects and a salary of £18,000 - £22,000, based on experience.
The role is ideally full time Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
