To celebrate our birthday and the proud milestone of eleven years successful trading, we have just published the latest edition of our multi-disciplinary Salary Guides for 2016. The company started on the 4th of July 2005 - Independence Day! Our success since has been built on honesty, providing a quality service, and building long-lasting relationships with clients who value our specialist experience.
We produced our first Salary Guide shortly after starting the company as a general indicator to salary trends for our key Architectural, Surveying and Civil Engineering disciplines and many clients have been requesting copies ever since. Our guide has expanded with the growth of the company and our specialist experience, including salary trends for Building Services and Property positions. We have looked to regularly update our information to reflect the changing employment conditions and availability of staff in the local region. For example this year we have included more detail on salary information for jobs specific to housing developers.
Our 2016 Salary Survey combines real local data provided by our clients and candidates combined with placement information from our own specialist recruitment experience in this region. In an effort to provide an honest, realistic and ultimately useful guide we have provided average salary ranges for each key position rather than one off maximum salary levels to avoid driving up salaries.
While excellent candidates with the right skills and post qualification experience will always find some employers willing to offer salaries in excess of our salary guide range we have provided typical figures that take into account more rural locations and differences we have experienced across East Anglia and the South East.
Hopefully this way the information we have provided is a useful tool for both clients and candidates alike and a fair representation of pay and benefits in this region.
